| Once a CAMPAIGN ( 8x8, 33 touch, etc.) is completed, the agent will receive an EMAIL alert with the names or names of the contacts linked to the campaign that just ended. We are also going to add a new GROUP to their database that includes the reference to the completed campaign. This will allow the agents to quickly launch another campaign for the same contacts and help agents move batches of contacts quickly from campaign to campaign. You will no longer receive dozens of emails for the same campaign completion. If a group was placed on a campaign that entire group recipient name will be shown in one email. |
